Lost money or shared personal information?
We cannot investigate cases or get money back. Act quickly: call your bank or card company using the number on the back of your card, then use our report a scam page to reach the official agencies.

Please tell us what your message is about in the subject line, for example:
- Correction — something on our site is wrong (see our corrections policy)
- Scam tip — a new scam you have seen that we should warn people about
- Advertising — a problem with an ad on our site
- Privacy — a request about your personal information (see our privacy policy)
Please do not send
Do not email us your Social Security number, bank or card numbers, passwords, or copies of ID documents. If you are sending us a scam message, delete any personal details from it first.
We will never contact you first
New2h Help will never call or text you, and we will never ask you for money, gift cards, passwords or personal information. Anyone who claims to be us and does is a scammer.
