Corrections Policy
We work hard to get things right. When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and say so openly.

How to report an error
Email contact@new2h.com with the address of the page, what you believe is wrong and, if possible, an official source that shows the correct information.
What we do next
- We aim to review correction requests within two business days.
- If a phone number, web address or safety step is wrong, we fix it immediately, because a wrong instruction can put readers at risk.
- For other factual errors, we correct the text and add a short note at the end of the article describing what changed and when.
- The "Updated" date at the top of the article is changed to the date of the correction.
What is not a correction
Small changes in wording, formatting, or adding new information as a scam develops are updates, not corrections. They also change the "Updated" date but do not get a correction note.
Retractions
If an article turns out to be fundamentally wrong — for example, if a warning was based on a source that was itself mistaken — we will remove or rewrite it and explain why at the same address.
